We started a tailgate practice party in 2004 to get our friends ready for football. It has proven to be a fun time!

• The first year, we had a freak cold front come through and people were in jackets in August.
• The second year, we had the party on the Saturday before Katrina and showcased our kitchen renovation. It was the last time we saw the house normal.
• The third year, we moved the party to our new home on the north shore and announced that Holly was pregnant and that the newest tailgater was on the way.
• This past year was the first time the party was all-ages and many a young tailgater was in attendance.
